Hi, I’m Grace, Registered Dietitian and creator of Healthy Little Eaters.

 

For nearly a decade I’ve been working with families to help raise healthy eaters. After seeing so many families struggle with balanced eating, constant food demands, mealtime battles, and picky eating, I created this program to give you all the tools for raising a mindful, healthy eater.

 

I practice the Healthy Little Eater principles with my toddler every day and I've seen them work not only with hundreds of families, but also in my own home. I'm a Mom navigating the tricky world of feeding kids right here with you. We're in this together.

June was our first child and we had never had any additional education on nutrition for children. Especially one that was delayed and not cooperating.

By the age of one, when most kids were completely eating most all solids, independently at that, June would not eat ANYTHING. I felt frustrated, a sense of failure, lack of direction, and wanted to give up.

We needed to know the basics, what a meal consisted of, how much was a portion size, and how to get creative with items like fruits/veggies that June tended to stay away from all the time.

After we got the basics down as well as learned alternative options for June's allergies, we started exploring all kinds of different foods, textures, to expose her to more flavors and textures for her palate and she really seemed to be on board with most of it.

Since coaching, I feel excited and empowered! We have come SUCH a long way due to the assistance, guidance and friendship from Grace! I can't wait to keep learning more so we can take June's feeding journey to the next level.
